Stefanie Hecht

Stefanie Hecht is head of the Open User Lab, which focusses on topics such as usability, user experience and accessibility of digital solutions. In projects involving industry and public administration at EU, federal and state level, she works on user-centred software design and, in particular, e-learning services and data platforms. She is also part of the “Data-driven Business Model Innovations” research group at the Weizenbaum Institute. Stefanie Hecht completed her Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Human Computer Interaction and Systems Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin.
