Streamlining and accelerating administrative processes, automating routine tasks, creating online services and facilitating dialogue with citizens and businesses: Fraunhofer FOKUS has been supporting policymakers and public administrations in the digitalisation of processes, services and infrastructures for over 20 years. The Digital Public Services (DPS) business unit of Fraunhofer FOKUS is the largest German research and development organisation for the digital transformation of the state, administration and the public sphere. We support public administration in concrete implementation projects and develop new technologies in national and European research projects. We offer public authorities services ranging from the assessment of existing structures, strategic planning, feasibility studies, roadmapping and architecture concepts to support in the tendering, implementation and introduction of new IT systems.
