Susanna Kuper is a research associate at the Digital Public Services business unit. She has a Bachelor's degree in Public Management and a Master's degree in Business Informatics with a focus on e-government and possesses extensive knowledge and project experience in the field of public IT. She advises on various projects on the topics of UX, usability and digital accessibility at federal, state and municipal level. As head of the KiezRadar project, she has established e-participation, interface design and design thinking as a further area of activity.
