In the future, citizens should no longer have to go through Berlin's digital offerings themselves. The app “KiezRadar” will proactively inform citizens about important political and administrative events according to their needs.

Together with the new digital experimentation laboratory for the city of the future, CityLAB Berlin, new concepts of communication between citizens and public administration are to be tested. By involving users in the development of the app, the topic of citizen participation is taken into account right from the start.
