As a research associate at the Digital Public Services division, Ekkart Kleinod supports the digitalisation of public administration at federal, state and municipal level. He advises public institutions on the modernisation of their software systems and has many years of experience in reconciling the complex processes of public administration with the requirements of a secure and flexible business and IT architecture. One focus of his work is the introduction of e-file systems: He accompanies the entire process - from the tender to the integration of the e-file into the existing IT landscape.
