Juliane Schmeling is a project manager in the specialised processes and secure IT infrastructures research group at Digital Public Services. Her research focuses on digital public governance. She has worked on various digitalisation projects in public administration and sees herself as an interface between IT and business. She uses a wide variety of methods and creative techniques to support interdisciplinary collaboration and communication.
