Maximilian Kupi is a research associate at the Competence Centre Öffentliche IT (ÖFIT) (Public IT) with a focus on data analysis, AI, and digital government. In his dissertation project at the Centre for Digital Governance at the Hertie School, he researches the institutionalization of "agile" in public administration using text-as-data methods. Previously, he studied philosophy and economics in Bayreuth and public policy in Berlin and Singapore and worked as a design thinking and agile coach at a Berlin-based innovation consultancy.
