Dr Yury Glikman is Deputy Head of the Digital Public Services business unit and heads the Open Service Engineering research group. Over the past 21 years, Yury has actively participated in numerous international and national research projects and has led technical activities. Yury is the coordinator of the H2020 project DataVaults (Persistent Personal Data Vaults Empowering A Secure And Privacy Preserving Data Storage, Analysis, Sharing And Monetisation Platform) and the scientific coordinator of the XMANAI project (Explainable Manufacturing Artificial Intelligence). Yury is an elected board member of OW2 – a global open source infrastructure software community. His current research interests focus on developing innovative services for the public sector with an emphasis on data integration, management and analytics.
