Dr Jens Klessmann is Head of the Digital Public Services business unit. Since 2014, he has also headed a specialist group in the area of data infrastructures in the public sector. Since 2008, he has worked on or led various national and international research and consultancy projects, including on governance technologies. At the University of Speyer, he completed his doctorate in administrative sciences on cooperation between public administration and civil society.
