5G Playground is currently the only open German facility included in the 5G PPP Phase 3 projects, enabling the technology transfer through a comprehensive infrastructure for verticals and for the small and medium size enterprise networks. 5G Playground includes an outdoor deployment and a portable edge network enabling nomadic scenarios as well as factory shop floor environment support (all due in November 2018) as well as dense urban area and automotive communication (due in February 2019).
