Today’s cars are produced in line with the modular design principle which enables efficient production of individual customer-configured vehicles. The EBASO project seeks to extend this approach to the development of embedded software in the automotive domain.

The EFIPSANS project aims at exposing the features in IPv6 protocols that can be exploited or extended for the purposes of designing or building autonomic networks and services. In the long run, the project's objective is to establish standardizations.

ELITE: Mobile experience spaces for IT security

ELITE pursues the goal of making complex attacks and defense technologies of IT security tangible and experienceable for broad target groups. An immersive environment in the form of an exhibit construction kit, the so-called IT-Sec.PopUp-Lab, is to be created to give visitors a concrete impression of IT security risks.

The End-to-End Efficiency (E3) project is an ambitious FP7 EC Large Scale Integrating Project (IP) aiming at integrating cognitive wireless systems in the Beyond 3G (B3G) world, evolving current heterogeneous wireless system infrastructures into an integrated, scalable and efficiently managed B3G cognitive system framework.
