    Virtualization of Live Events via Audiovisual Immersion

    The aim of the project is to digitally complement or even replace classic event formats by using new immersive media formats when physical presence is not possible. The new media formats, include for example 3D audio, 360° videos, light fields and volumetric videos.

    Multi-Platform Application Toolkit

    MPAT allows content creators to produce the HbbTV-equivalent of 'micro-sites' in a cost-efficient way while removing worries about coMPATibility with existing devices. The toolkit provides tested templates and plug-ins that can be easily adapted to a channel or programme design. A set of plug-ins allows the provision of common application features 'out of the box'.

    The aim of the “Virtual Learning Environment of the German Armed Forces (VLBw)” project is to create a comprehensive learning ecosystem for all training facilities and digital functions of the German Bundeswehr. The German Armed Forces is one of the largest employers in Germany and has around 130 training centres. It plays an important role in adult education and training.

    No product is safe from counterfeiters, whether it's sneakers, chainsaws, medicines, or FFP2 masks. At the same time, consumers hardly have a chance to detect such pirated products. Especially in medical products and pharmaceuticals, there is also a considerable health risk from counterfeit products. Therefore, the Smart ID project is developing a novel labeling system that can be used to verify the authenticity of products.
