Following another successful edition in 2026, the 14th FOKUS Media Web Symposium (#FOKUSMWS) returns to Berlin on June 15-16, 2027. The symposium will once again provide a forum for industry leaders, technology providers, researchers, and media organizations to exchange insights, discuss emerging trends, and showcase innovations shaping the future of media technologies.

Key topics will include generative AI, immersive experiences, content authenticity, low-latency delivery, sustainable media workflows, and next-generation streaming technologies.

The 2026 symposium welcomed more than 300 participants from 155 organizations across 22 countries, supported by 28 sponsors and partners. With 86 speakers and moderators, six co-located events, six tutorials, four workshops, and an extensive conference program, the event once again demonstrated its role as a leading platform for media technology innovation.
