Minds
Duration: Jan. 01, 2005 to Dec. 31, 2005
European news agencies create a new generation of mobile information services - funded by the EC through its eContent programme.
mMag
Duration: Jan. 01, 2007 to Dec. 31, 2007
mMag (Trans-European Mobile Publishing Service for European SMEs) is an eTEN project started in June 2005 with the duration of 18 months. eTEN is the European Community Programme designed to help the deployment of telecommunication networks based services (e-services) with a trans-European dimension.
NGNI, Projects
Mobile Cloud Networking
Duration: Nov. 01, 2012 to Apr. 30, 2016

The new EU funded large-scale Integrating Project (IP) ICT Call 8 FP7-ICT-2011-8 Future Communication Architecture for Mobile Cloud Services starts in November under the title of "Mobile Cloud Networking" having TU Berlin/AV and Fraunhofer FOKUS/NGNI involved.

Moby-Dick
Duration: Jan. 01, 2003 to Dec. 31, 2003
Mobility and Differentiated Services in a Future IP Network IST 2000 key action line IV 5.2 "Terrestrial Wireless System and Networks”. The project Moby Dick defines, implements, and evaluates an IPv6-based mobility-enabled end-to-end QoS architecture starting from the current IETF's QoS models, Mobile-IPv6, and AAA framework.
Modelplex Logo
ModelPlex
Duration: Sep. 01, 2006 to Feb. 28, 2010

Within the MODELPLEX project, scientists of SQC develop an open solution for complex systems engineering improving quality and productivity. They define and develop a coherent infrastructure specifically for the application of model-driven engineering (MDE) within a variety of industrial domains.

MODELWARE
Duration: Aug. 01, 2004 to Sep. 30, 2006
MODELWARE (MODELing Solutions for SoftWARE systems) aims at establishing model-driven development (MDD) as the leading approach in software systems development by improving productivity.
MOME - Monitoring and Measurement Cluster
Duration: Jan. 01, 2006 to Dec. 31, 2006
MOME - Monitoring and Measurement Cluster. The overall objective of the MOME project is to co-ordinate activities in the field of IP monitoring and measurement by offering a platform for knowledge, tool and data exchange.

MPAT
Duration: Dec. 01, 2015 to Dec. 31, 2017

MPAT allows content creators to produce the HbbTV-equivalent of 'micro-sites' in a cost-efficient way while removing worries about coMPATibility with existing devices. The toolkit provides tested templates and plug-ins that can be easily adapted to a channel or programme design. A set of plug-ins allows the provision of common application features 'out of the box'.

MRO 2.0 – Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul
Duration: Jan. 01, 2020 to Dec. 31, 2022

The use of new technological approaches, such as the digital twin, can optimize the maintenance process of gas turbines in power plants. Fraunhofer FOKUS provides new approaches for the expansion of the communication infrastructure in connection with Digital Twins.

NGNI, Projects
Multi-Hop Packet Tracking
Duration: Jan. 01, 2013 to Dec. 31, 2013

Fraunhofer FOKUS has realized a distributed network surveillance solution for detecting paths of data packets through networks. The Multi-Hop Packet-Tracking permits to “track” packets in the network.

MUSE
Duration: July 01, 2010 to June 30, 2012

The goal of MUSE (Multicore-Architecture for Sensor-based Position Tracking in Space) is to improve the positioning of spacecraft. In this project, SQC explores to what extent modern multicore processors are suited for analyzing sensor data in space, and how appropriate computer architecture should be set up.

VISCOM, muse, projekt
MUSE
Duration: July 01, 2010 to June 30, 2012
The MUSE project (Multi-core Architecture for Sensor-based Position Tracking in Space) seeks to improve the positioning of spacecraft. In the project VISCOM is developing an optical position sensor which could be combined with other sensors (e.g. radar or laser-based distance measurement, LIDAR) in a spacecraft.
