G-Lab Deep

G-Lab Deep is one of the 2nd wave G-Lab projects funded by the German BMBF and runs until February 2012. The project addresses issues related to the Future Internet and the provisioning of appropriate experimental platforms in the academic environment, with an emphasis on current work in the G-Lab framework. The main focus of the research is to convey the requirements that result from a concrete application layer workflow to the network layer.

Based on these assumptions, the GeMo project develops innovative processes and applications for enabling the collaborative use of different mobility resources - especially in the area of electric mobility.

The objective of the project was to support the setup of a protective shield spanning the whole of Indonesia. The early warning system was first designed and implemented for part of the Indian Ocean with the advisory support of the Fraunhofer Research.

Go4IT ­– Advanced tools and services for IPv6 testing

One of the main objectives of GO4IT is to foster the community engagement in adopting a test and validation approach. Adapted service activities, supported by an open community web portal and an appropriate networking with other IPv6 and test related initiatives will further enlarge this user community.

The EU-project “Hyper360” aims to introduce a new Free View Video (FVV) format that converges 360° and 3D video, offering enhanced immersive experiences to its viewers. It develops a 360° media production toolset to extend current short film productions with novel and powerful storytelling opportunities. The final goal is to offer a complete solution for the OTT media sectors to capture, produce, enhance, deliver and consume this format.

ICE-CREAM

The ICE-CREAM project investigates how to make compelling experiences for end-users based on enabling technologies for interactive media, such as DVB-MHP, Internet and MPEG-4.

The IML4E project has therefore brought together companies from the main sectors of the European software industry to develop a European framework for the development, operation and maintenance of AI-based software to ensure the development of intelligent services and intelligent software on an industrial scale.

IMMOS – Integrated Method for the Model-based Development of Automotive Control Units

The IMMOS research project aims to devise an integrated method for the model-based development of embedded control units. The method will integrate existing model-based techniques (model-based requirements engineering, code generation and testing) to form a single coherent development method.
