Oliver Lietz is the CEO and founder of nanocosmos based in Berlin, an innovative live streaming technology provider. Guided by Oliver’s leadership, his team has created nanoStream Cloud & H5Live Player, a global CDN and technology platform for ultra-low-latency live streaming for interactive use cases where every second counts.

Oliver and nanocosmos have been working in the broadcast and streaming media industry for more than twenty years. He has worked in audio/video research groups at Fraunhofer HHI, founded different companies and helped startups getting their streaming applications successfully deployed. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from TU Berlin, and occasionally holds lectures, speeches and seminars for Video Engineering and Streaming Technology at Universities in Berlin.

Oliver likes to try out new hard- and software technologies, and in his little spare time, he likes to play his own music and travel with his family.
