Jens Kretschmann is a UX designer and product owner at Arvato Systems, part of the Bertelsmann Group. For more than 20 years he has been designing dynamic interfaces with a strong focus on the user and their experience. He used to do so for websites, online shops, messenger channels using conversational AI and since a while for moving images like livestreams and on-demand media.

Jens is an experienced agency professional. At Pixelpark, in the Publicis Group and now at Arvato Systems, he successfully applied his knowledge and creativity to countless international projects for renowned corporations - according to german magazine Wirtschaftswoche, he is one of the people who influence the internet economy.

The establishment of a close relationship to the user is always the primary goal. For this, Jens favors trying out new technologies and data sets as a basis for successful execution.
