James has served in a number of customer-facing technology and managed service roles for the Broadcast, Video Media and Entertainment industries over the last 15 years. James is currently working for Bitmovin where he’s responsible for the Solutions teams across EMEA focused on pre-sales, post-sales, customer integration, and product support.

Prior to Bitmovin, James led the technology and client services group for a managed service provider (Simplestream), a provider of end-to-end OTT services. Where James specialised in building innovative VOD, Catch up, Linear and live event workflows as well as led the development of Hybrid SmartTV Apps which made use of deep EPG Anytime integrations for Samsung, Freeview Play and YouView.
