Mr. Eisuke Endo is a senior manager at NTT DoCoMo Inc. core network development department. He is leading a network architecture team working in the area of system architecture for 5G mobile communication network including Edge Computing, Network Programmability and Network Slicing.

In April 2019, there was a frequency allocation of 5G in Japan, and NTT DOCOMO started 5G pre-service in September.

Prior to this pre-service, we conducted a number of demonstration experiments with our collaborative creation partners and come up with a variety of solutions. In this talk, we describe our previous efforts and the outline of 5G pre-service.
