Ramon Barakat graduated with a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Berlin. He works at the Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems (FOKUS) where he participates in several industrial and research projects in the field of Software Quality Assurance, Model-based and Security Testing, NG112 and Artificial Intelligence. He has been working on the H2020 project EMYNOS, where he has developed a NG112 emergency service testbed and realized the transmission of eHealth sensor data during the emergency call. In the H2020 project FORTIKA he has been taking part of the development of a virtual Security Appliance. He is currently working in the H2020 project KYKLOS4.0 on the topics of predictable maintainability and anomaly detection with the help of artificial intelligence in the context of Industry 4.0. He is also involved in various projects on the topics of security and penetration testing.
