Within the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), industrial communication is moving towards interoperable open communication standards. As software eats the industry, industrial communication infrastructures will be software-based as well. For the fourth time, Fraunhofer FOKUS' IIoT Center is organizing the Industrial IoT Forum in Berlin. This year with a focus on 5G, TSN and Edge Computing for Industry 4.0.

Last year, more than 100 decision-makers and key experts from companies such as B&R Automation, Bosch, German Edge Cloud, KUKA, Siemens, TTTech, etc. and initiatives such as EECC, IIC, LNI4.0, and the OPC Foundation presented their view – stay tuned for the detailed agenda of this year’s event.

Additionally, cutting-edge solutions and experiences, gained from latest IIoT testbeds and trials, will be presented through a broad range of live demonstrations. In the evening there will be a chance to intensify face-to-face discussions with the participants, including our IIoT experts.
