Anita Chen

Project Manager

Anita Chen is a project manager in the Future Applications and Media (FAME) business unit at Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems (FOKUS). She is currently involved in the R&D of web applications and machine learning in the field of media streaming.

Anita Chen studied Information Systems Management at the Technical University of Berlin and received her Master’s degree in July 2020 with the completion of her thesis: “Determining Video Complexity with Feature Analysis” at Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems (FOKUS). Prior to her studies, Anita has worked primarily as a technical project manager for 10 years in Washington, D.C. and Beijing (in the automotive, pharmaceutical and telecommunication industries).
