As the founder of Take 3 Innovate Ltd, a boutique Edge Innovation consulting firm, Farid specialises in solving customer problems by focusing on bringing engineering, creativity and business insights together and building products and solutions that are highly usable. He is also the Telco Edge and Innovation Architect, at the German Edge Cloud. As an intrapreneur, he was the co-founder of OnLife Network at Telefonica Product Innovation. He focused on transformational technologies like CORD, NFV, SDN and how these could empower edge services like Advertising, AR/VR, Content distribution and IoT. He was also the outgoing Co-Chair of the Facebook led Telecom Infra Project, Edge Computing Working Group.

In his free time he mentors startups for Startup Wise guys, and has till date accelerated 42 startups, and done technical due diligence on over 75 companies. He is also the resident Entrepreneur in Residence and Geek mentor at Startup Wiseguys, the most experienced B2B SaaS and Fintech accelerator in Europe.

With an Engineering Masters degree, Farid holds an MBA from INSEAD, and is currently developing his next challenge, but is also working with numerous Edge players including Telcos and Enterprises.
