Mike is responsible for the full product portfolio of Sure, from traditional fixed line services and mobile, through to enterprise connectivity, data centre and hosted services. Sure operates across a number of island territories, with vastly differing economic, competitive, topographic and demographic conditions. All markets are small (105k population maximum) and are looking for innovative, cost effective ways to deliver services to demanding local populations. Prior to joining Sure, Mike held a number product and proposition roles in UK mobile operators Vodafone, T-Mobile and Three.
