Bruno Chatras is a senior standardization manager at Orange Labs and a member of the Orange experts' community on Future Networks. His primary areas of interest currently include future network architectures and protocols, network functions virtualisation and real-time communications. He is the chairman of the ETSI Technical Committee on Network Technologies (NTECH) and contributes to standardization activities in multiple SDOs including ETSI NFV, 3GPP and IETF. Prior to that he held several management positions in Orange Labs (formerly CNET) and has been Vice-Chairman of the ETSI Technical Committee on NGN (TISPAN) and ITU-T Rapporteur for Intelligent Networks. Bruno is also the author of numerous papers and presentations on network architectures and protocols and serves as reviewer for a number of technical magazines and conferences.
