The Project proposes an integrated solution for creation, configuration and provisioning of end-user services with QoS guarantees in Premium IP. It wil provides service creation and configuration in a dynamic way by appropriate linking of user related service components (authentication, authorisation, registration,etc.) to network related components (QoS control, resource management, accounting, call control, etc.).
