Sławomir Kukliński received Ph.D. with honors from Warsaw University of Technology (94’) and since then he is Assistant Professor there. He is teaching about mobile and wireless systems. From 2003 he also works for Telekomunikacja Polska (now Orange Polska) as research expert. From about 10 years he is focused on Future Networks and mobile and wireless systems with emphasis to self-managed networks. At present he is interested in application of cognitive techniques to control and management of SDN and 5G networks. He led many national research projects as principal investigator and was involved in many international projects, including FP6 MIDAS, FP7 EFIPSANS , FP7 4WARD, FP7 ProSense and till recently in Celtic COMMUNE (2011-2014). Actually he is coordinating 3 years long Polish-Luxembourgish project on Cognitive SDN (CoSDN). He is also working on SDN standardization in ITU-T (Study Group 13). He published many conference and journal papers, was a member of TPC of many conferences, and served as a reviewer to many conferences and journals.
