Dr. Valerio Frascolla

Dr. Valerio Frascolla obtained the MSc and the PhD in electrical engineering from Ancona University, Italy, where he worked as research fellow till 2006, when he joined Comneon as concept engineer, focusing on SW architectures for mobile phones and attending 3GPP CT1 and CT Plenary standard bodies. In 2010 he joined Infineon Technologies as funding and research project manager, focusing on requirements management and design of wireless platforms. Since 2011 he is the European responsible person for funding activities and innovation manager at Intel Deutschland. Valerio is an experienced program manager, acts as facilitator of innovation using agile methodologies, plays different roles in EU-funded projects (ADEL, MiWaveS, SPEED-5G, mmMAGIC, FUTEBOL, 5GMiEdge, 5GCHampion), his research interests are 5G system architecture, Hw/Sw co-design and low-power wireless system design.
