About the speakers:

Niklas Blum Niklas Blum is deputy director at the competence center NGNI (Next Generation Network Infrastructures) at the Fraunhofer Institute FOKUS in Berlin, Germany. He has the technical lead of the FOKUS Open SOA Telco Playground.
Prof. Dr. Thomas Magedanz

Thomas Magedanz (PhD) is full professor at the chair for Next Generation Networks (AV - Architektur der Vermittlungsknoten in German) within the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science faculty of the Technische Universität Berlin, Germany, where he is educating master and PhD students in the fields of Multimedia Service Delivery Platform technologies on top of converging fixed and mobile networks, Next Generation Networks, and the Future Internet.

In addition, he leads the competence center NGNI (Next Generation Network Infrastructures) at the Fraunhofer Institute FOKUS in Berlin, Germany.
