In this emergency service scenario subscribers will be informed about natural catastrophes like earthquakes, fires or influences. The disaster information will be published by a virtual emergency center; in our case it is the menace of Godzilla attacks. For this scenario NGN users are subscribing to an emergency plug-in of the Generic Event Enabler and publish their own location to the specifi LocSIP service plug-in. The virtual emergency center publishes in periodical intervals the location of Godzilla.
In the first case subscribers will receive notifications about the position of Godzilla. In addition the user are able to subscribe to a special event and will be notified about a Godzilla attack event depended on the location of the user. The GenEE aggregates the different context information and evaluates the user position close to the emergency place in order to send out warning messages.
