UrbanTec 2011

New technologies and trends for Smart Cities shows the UrbanTec2011  from October 24 - 26 in Cologne. Fraunhofer FOKUS will present the new Berlin Open Data Portal and the project Open Cities. For both projects, Fraunhofer FOKUS realizes central platforms, to offer citizens and businesses a safely access public data for further processing. At the panel discussion on October 24, Prof. Dr. Ina Schieferdecker, head of MOTION, gives insights into new dimensions and perspectives of Smart Cities.
