Workshop: Innovative software tools for public administration and legal practice

Today in public administration and legal practice, hardly any software is used to support the core task of applying legal norms and administrative rules to the facts of a case. Innovative software developed for this purpose and offering great potential for public agencies will be presented April 29, 2010 at a workshop organized in Berlin by Fraunhofer FOKUS and Oracle. At the workshop, entitled “Innovative Software Tools for Processing Cases in Public Administration and Legal Practice”, leading providers of such tools in Germany will be presented and discussed. The software to be presented covers a wide range of application scenarios, from the legal analysis of difficult and unusual cases to the large-scale processing of routine cases in public administration. Persons interested in participating are requested to register by April 19.
