CeBIT 2010: Non-linear video provides interactive video experience

Just watching movies belongs to the past. Today Fraunhofer FOKUS has a recently developed non-linear video technology, which provides new interactive ways to enjoy moving pictures. This will be the first time the institute has introduced the technique to a broader audience. The special thing about non-linear video is the ability to access the content from different media platforms and to make moving pictures interactive. For example, the user could immediately get further information about the Berlin Dome, the television tower or the Brandenburg Gate while watching a tourism video.
