IS29500-Validator and Document Library
Fraunhofer FOKUS operates its new Document-Interoperability-Lab (Doc-IOP-Lab) as a member of the FOKUS IOP-labs. The Doc-IOP-Lab supports the validation of documents regarding the document-standards ISO/IEC 29500:2008 known as Office Open XML (OOXML) and ISO/IEC 26300:2006 known as OpenDocument Format (ODF). As part of the lab activities Fraunhofer FOKUS hosts the online Open Source document validator Office-o-tron that has been developed and maintained by Griffin Brown Digital Publishing Ltd. Additionally the lab provides a document test library consisting of ISO/IEC 29500:2008 related test, sample, and template documents. Word processing, presentation and spreadsheet documents belonging to different application domains and document categories can be up- and downloaded.
