German QualiPSo Competence Center
The mission of the German QualiPSo Competence Center in Berlin is to foster OSS development and adoption.
Fraunhofer FOKUS opened the German Qualipso Competence Center at the end of the first quarter 2009. Currently specialized on specialized consulting services the portfolio of services and solutions will be quickly expanded and enriched over time.
The Competence Center offers three types of services:

An OSS developer platform (FOKUS BerliOS Factory)

Consulting services (FOKUS QualiPSo Consulting Services)

Quality reviews and certification (FOKUS QualiPSo Labeling Services)
The German QualiPSo Competence Center is a member of the QualiPSo Network connecting Open Source competence centers from:
It is foreseen to launch new Competence Centers in China, Poland and Japan during the course of 2010.
